Email Waitlist
If you join our marketplace waitlist or provide your email during onboarding, we collect:

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our app. This includes:

Trackara uses Google Firebase to provide secure cloud storage and authentication. Your data is:
- Stored on Firebase Cloud Firestore servers in the United States
- Protected by Firebase's enterprise-grade security and encryption

- Accessible only through your authenticated account
- Regularly backed up to prevent data loss
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:
- Google Firebase: For cloud storage, authentication, and analytics
- Apple Inc.: For App Store distribution and subscription processing
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights and users

Access & Export
You can access and export all your project data directly from the app at any time.
Delete Data
You can delete individual projects, notes, photos, or documentation within the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at

Marketing Communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contacting us.
Data Portability
You can request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format by contacting

6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:
- Your project data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Email waitlist data is retained until you request removal
- Analytics data is anonymized and retained for up to 14 months
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption of data at rest via Firebase
- Secure authentication using Firebase Auth
- Regular security audits and updates
