1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trackara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the app.

2. Subscription Terms

Trackara offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Monthly subscription: $1.99 USD per month
• Annual subscription: $14.99 USD per year
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use Trackara for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is non-transferable and subject to the following restrictions:

• The app may not be modified, decompiled, or reverse engineered
• The app may not be used for any commercial purpose
• All copyrights and proprietary notices must be maintained

4. OBD2 Scanner Usage

The OBD2 scanner functionality is provided as-is. Compatibility and functionality may vary depending on your vehicle and OBD2 adapter. Users are responsible for ensuring their OBD2 adapter is compatible with their vehicle.

5. Disclaimer

Trackara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the app at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Commoner Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes through the app or our website.
